During a major e-commerce replatform initiative, ACX Group partnered directly with company leadership to help preserve UX quality, strengthen brand consistency, and improve customer journeys across the new platform.

Singleton Foundation for Financial Literacy & Entrepreneurship
The Foundation partnered with ACX Group to help evolve its successful financial wellness platform, Groove, into a mobile-first experience designed for younger audiences.
Working alongside product leadership and a third-party technology partner, we conducted a comprehensive UX audit and developed mobile engagement strategies focused on onboarding, personalization, navigation, and push notifications.

Virginia Museum of Fine Arts
The Council of Virginia Museum of Fine Arts — the museum’s oldest and largest volunteer organization — needed to modernize its outreach and attract younger members to ensure long-term sustainability.
ACX Group partnered with Council leadership to refresh communications, develop targeted digital campaigns, and modernize member-facing materials while preserving the organization’s heritage and mission.
Working closely with stakeholders and embedding directly within the organization, we created scalable email and print systems that improved consistency, usability, and engagement.
