Client: Postcards-r-us®, a full-service printing company with 20+ years of experience.
Challenge
Postcards-r-us® partnered with a third-party technology provider to re-platform its website backend. They needed support to maintain user experience integrity, ensure brand consistency, and strengthen messaging—while driving sales, repeat orders, and improving self-service account management.
Solution
ACX Group, reporting to the CEO, conducted a comprehensive UX audit across navigation, taxonomy, product pages, search, shopping workflows, account management, and service emails. We delivered recommendations, mockups, and style guides that guided the technology provider’s implementation.
We embedded into the agile development process—joining daily sprints, prioritizing features, and reviewing designs—to ensure timely, on-brand delivery.

2025 RECENT PROJECTS : SINGLETON FOUNDATION FOR LITERACY & ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Client: Singleton Foundation for Financial Literacy & Entrepreneurship, whose mission is to make financial competence fun and engaging by leveraging entertainment to capture attention, drive change, promote entrepreneurship, and inspire achievement.
Challenge
The Foundation had built Groove, a successful web-based platform helping users build healthy financial habits through data-driven insights and behavioral approaches. To better reach college-age audiences and deepen engagement, they sought to launch a mobile app that would deliver speed, personalization, and direct communication via push notifications.
Solution
ACX Group partnered with the Head of Product Management to conduct a comprehensive UX audit of the existing web experience. We identified ways to leverage mobile-first patterns and improve onboarding, navigation, and personalized communication. Deliverables included recommendations, design strategies, mockups, and style guides that guided the mobile app’s development.
We collaborated closely with their third-party mobile technology partner and embedded into the agile process—participating in weekly reviews, prototypes, beta testing, and launch activities—to ensure the app was both user-friendly and optimized for native mobile features.
