Adam Cricchio is an experience design leader with over two decades of shaping how people interact with some of the world’s most recognized brands. Prior to founding ACX GROUP, Adam was an executive design leader at Capital One and Weight Watchers leading enterprise-wide initiatives. Adam also served as a senior creative director at the global agencies WPP and Omnicom – working closely with other Fortune 500 companies, driving customer engagement and business growth through intuitive, human-centered solutions.
